The Great Namibian Food Project presents Namibia’s national and regional cuisines to those who are interested in experiencing the people and cultures of the country, through its food and cooking.
The project collects, collates, orders and categorises information on the ingredients, techniques, dishes and customs that make up Namibian cuisine at national and local level.
It presents visitors to and from Namibia with information on all matters culinary. From ingredients, recipes, techniques, producers right through to food-related events and festivals. This information will be useful to whose who visit the country to experience the joys of Namibian food and cooking. We welcome all international and local foodies to the Great Namibian Food Project.
